Billie is experienced in overseeing operations of 150+FTE’s, with a proven track record of achieving high level objectives in the areas of workforce optimization, productivity and quality assurance.

P&K Role:
Billie joined P&K in 2015. She manages and directs all aspects of the Call Center operations including 100+ Tester Service Representatives and Administrative staff members. She utilizes her experience to ensure the success and integrity of our studies is maintained through high call quality, continuous process improvement as well as liaises with Client Services to develop strategies for achieving client targets/quotas.

BS in Business Administration, Columbia College
